- Applied for TIGER grant in April 2016
- Award ceremony in August 2016
- The finalization of project design occurred in November 2018
- Construction started in the Summer of 2019
- Construction was planned to be completed by the end of the 2021 Calendar Year
- Construction completed in June 2022
